Admissions Process

There are many ways to learn about Notre Dame High School for Girls. A typical way of getting acquainted with us is to visit one of our Open Houses where students and parents can visit with faculty, students and administration by touring the classrooms, receiving a brief introduction to the curriculum and become acquainted with all our building has to offer. Our Open Houses are offered on:

Tuesday, September 29 from 6:00PM and 8:30PM

Wednesday, October 28 from 6:00PM and 8:30PM

Sunday, November 15 from 10:00AM and 2:00PM

Wednesday, December 9 from 6:00PM and 8:30PM

“Shadow Days” are offered where a student can experience “first hand” our school by visiting for a full school day, “shadowing” one of our other students through classes, lunch (“on us”) and time for socialization. Tours are offered at your convenience between 9:00AM and 3:00PM and can be scheduled by calling Ms. Kacie Riedl at (773) 622-1541.

Entrance Exam: The final step in the admissions process is for the student to “sit” for our Admissions Exam. This exam will be given on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 8:00AM. After this date, please contact Ms. Kacie Riedl to schedule one at your convenience. aStudents should arrive promptly with a No. 2 pencil and a $25 examination fee. Please note that this test takes approximately 4 hours.

Acceptance: Letters notifying you and your daughter’s acceptance status will be mailed February 15. Results cannot be disclosed prior to this date.
