Transfer to the Best

Whether you are moving from another neighborhood or state, realizing that your current school does not meet your needs, or hoping for the kind of educational opportunities offered at Notre Dame High School for Girls, we welcome your inquiries and hope to work with you determining whether or not we are a good “fit” for you or your daughter. The transfer process works as follows:

• Call Ms. Kacie Riedl to inquire whether we have an opening in your daughter’s class at (773) 622-1541.
• Arrange an interview with Ms. Riedl.
• Bring to the interview copies of your or your daughter’s unofficial transcripts, including any tests scores and her most recent grades.

Should there be room available, and a good “fit” between our school and your daughter’s educational aspirations, the following procedure would be put in place:

• Complete the forms included in the registration packet given to you at the interview or download them here www.docs.com
• Have the school send us official transcripts from your previous school.
• Notify us of any scholarships from previous Catholic schools that your daughter may have been awarded.
• If applicable, submit financial aid forms and documents required as presented in registration packet download them here www.docs.com
• Once the interview has taken place and the registration forms are complete, the Admissions Team will meet to review your application.
• If accepted, the Principal will then create a schedule for your daughter, and a date for beginning at Notre Dame High School for Girls will be set.
