On May 10, 2010, Notre Dame High School for Girls hosted its’ 6th Annual Celebration of Light. This year, we were proud to honor Ms. Jan Sisler.
The Illinois Department of Public Health [Child Health Examination Code (77 Ill. Adm. Code 665)], has mandated immunization requirements for all enrolled K-12 students.[1] Every student attending Notre Dame High School for Girls (grades 9-12), must have the following up-to-date vaccinations (proof of immunization is required).
